4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all custom work produced for their project. YesterdayWeb retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Payment Terms
Payment schedules are outlined in individual project proposals. All prices are quoted in EUR unless stated otherwise.
6. Limitation of Liability
YesterdayWeb is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific project in question.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep project details, communications, and any shared materials confidential unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. All work completed up to the point of termination is billable in accordance with the agreed project proposal.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Augsburg, Germany.
10. Changes
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the website or our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
